Busuu Reviews in October 2026: User Ratings, Pros & Cons

It was a good experience for me until now and an effective way to learn foreign languages.

It was a good experience for me until now and an effective way to learn foreign languages. I have already recommended the site to my friends and they are enjoying this way of learning. However I would like to make a few suggestion to the busuu.com team. I have an one-year long subscription and I do not like the idea that the subscription is automatically renewed. I would there to be asked when my subscription expires if I would like to renew it automatically or not. Another suggestion I ...

It helps a lot to master a foreign language

I like busuu.com because it provides good training. It also provides abiliti\y of voice recording and auditing. Not all the themes are of equal importance but still it is a good help.

Excellent - apart from the unwanted attention from men not really interested in learning a language

I have benefited a lot from this site and a believe that I have learned a lot and vastly improved my Spanish skills.. I was so impressed that one evening whilst online I was demonstrating to my 15yr old daughter (learning spanish at school) how fantastic using the site would be to supplement her studies - unfortunately in the midst of this conversation/demonstration I was invited to busuu chat with a male who had a penis as his profile picture. Obviously she is banned from using the site ...

I would verymuch like to see people learning Greek on Busu,.om and have the pleasure to help them.

Ggenerelly, a fine language learning site. Yet, I would expect to see more advanced corces concerning the language I am learning.

Very good course.

I recommend this course, because it´s very good. I learn English and my wife, Frances and we´re loving it.

An excellent way to learn languages

I have now learnt Spanish and Italian with Busuu and the website has helped me a great deal with my studies. I particularly enjoy the experience of being part of a language learning community in which I help other people with their English and they, in turn , support me in learning their languages.

I love learning with busuu. Thank you

I recommend busuu to you because learning a new language with them is fun, plenty of interaction with other members and you'll get to correct other people's work. I learn French and I'm really happy with them.

My favourtie website on the internet.

Busuu is a great tool for helping you learn a language or improve on an existing language you might of studied at school. It's easy to use and make new friends who all have the same goal of learning a language or looking to improve on an existing one. You are your own teacher and can choose how much you want to study. Busuu really has brought people from all nationalities and over the world to one place on the web.

Useful site for networking

I've met some amazing people through Busuu, and it's been very useful to me. I only wish that grammar was explained earlier in the lessons. However, the Busuu community is very supportive with correcting exercises and offering help. I've had very few bad experiences and would recommend Busuu to others.

Great Program with huge benefits.

I started using Busuu a year ago after starting my new job which is based in Brazil. Despite having studied Spanish for 5 years as a teenager, Brazilian Portuguese was still difficult to adapt to. Busuu allowed for practise of the language and learning of the grammar. Today I have been told by my coworkers and managers that my Portuguese is very good. I see the results for myself as well in my interactions in public in Brazil. I've taken the opportunity to revise my Spanish (which I use ...
