Busuu Reviews in October 2026: User Ratings, Pros & Cons

A powerful languages site.

It's the top of the languages sites accessible for everyone who desires a new and economic way to learn, at home, several languages. I really congrats Busuu for this website! Thank you!

Good way to learn new languages, but the automatic payment is a hassle.

Busuu is a really great way to improve your knowledge in other languages, with an easy and catchy way to teach things. The only problem is that you can't pay as you wish, you need to make your account premium and there's no option for it to be automatic or not, so you need to remember to cancel the payment if you don't want to be charged in the next month. When i open the chat nothing works properly. When doing exercises lesson is not counted as "done" untill exercises with microphone are not done, and they are not convenient and ...

Too much vocabulary lack of grammar

I liked busuu. It helped me a lot before moving to belgium with the basic french. Now that I use it to keep my grammar during school holidays I don't feel that the content is enough. I work as an ict senior tester and there are some really annoying things with the interface. The drag and drop feature is terrible if you make one mistake you don't have a reset option to restart and if you can't drag the missing word correctly, you fail the exercise. While correcting other people exercise the ...
