No support.
I had problem with some videos(london center tasks), I can not use " ' " in my answers, sometimes the voice recorder does not work, and I can not make the level tests. Found problems is normal in my opinion, but why don't have a support by chat or email?

Nice but not perfect
Sometimes then I run - "London" lesson - the short films didn't update. Example. I did third question - "write what you hear" but I can't because the film was from second question. And next problem is talk with teacher. When I try order the lesson, laptop upload the main page on busuu.

Neat concept but with flaws yet
My kids and I enjoy this software. It has a logical flow for learning a language (Italian) and good examples. The various activities keep my kids' attention. But we often get frustrated by the software glitches (eg the drag and drop often does not work, the spoken conversation often has no sound, and in the iphone app, the spoken conversation does not always match the written words).

This is a very super uper duder nice website to learn languages. It's great. You should try it.

Great way to learn a language in your own time.
I'm like the busuu, is not a class, but with a little effort you can learn a new language.
