What do you like best? I personally love that I always feel confident and safe in BH. It saves all of my notes-theres never any glitches and the kicker-its easy to navigate! What do you dislike? What do you like best? I don't like anything the well. Everything works fine and it has been the only option at this point. They are able to customize better than it used to be, which is good. What do you like best? Bullhorn is an extremely simple system to use. It is very very user friendly. I came from a different applicant tracking system that we not easy to use and coming over to BH was fantastic. What do you dislike? User Friendly

What do you like best? I like the user interface. For the most part, you can use the search engine easily (despite the fact that you have to spell an applicant's name EXACTLY right) and the it is user friendly. The color scheme is definitely a plus as well because it is easier to read text as opposed to other sites. What do you dislike? Great for staffing and tracking applicants

What do you like best? Very user friendly. Very easy too navigate through. Is great for tracking applicants and for the entire recruiting process from start to finish. Another thing about Bullhorn that I find unique is how fast and easy it is to do a Help Desk ticket or chat, they know the system and are very eager to help and to resolve any issue that I have. What do you like best? I like the way the work flows on the life of the candidate. Tearsheets, Daxtra, templates are also very helpful and easy to use. What do you dislike? Sometimes it gets a little sluggish and sometimes the ranking doesn't make sense. What do you like best? I like the ability to navigate through Bullhorn with little to no guidance. It's an easy and efficient way to track our candidates. What do you dislike? I've used BH in the past, and have to say it's been a disappointing experience this time around. The ability to customize comes with a price, and support is less than satisfactory.
