An Okay CRM tool

What do you like best? I like the layout of the tool. It is easy to use, but it does have some quirks in it. What do you dislike? There are a few features that could be added to help the process. I know that it can be personalized, which our company does. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use it mostly to track applicants through our process. It does keep everything aligned when used properly.

What do you like best? Pretty easy to navigate and user friendly What do you dislike? Think the sourcing function could be a bit more updated. Would be better if it allowed us to more easily source by years of experience. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? You can't search cross-fields for information - ie. a keyword search covering all fields within a category. You have to know exactly which field the keyword would be included in, and search there. What do you like best? Already made for staffing industry. I have used salesforce and had to customize What do you dislike? The application system. I prefer to send personalized emails. What do you like best? Easy to setup, easy to personalize, can generate very large call lists and email blasts. What do you dislike? Certain properties and searchable fields are not as accessible as they could be. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
