What do you like best? The automatic data capture - from emails and texts. This could save so much time from manually inputting text and data. What do you dislike? Being completely on the cloud could mean things running slowly if your internet connection isn't up for the massive increase in data. What do you like best? CRM functionality for full desk, full cycle sales. Reporting is accurate, easy to use and great for keeping teams motivated. What do you dislike?
