Bullhorn for staffing agency

What do you like best? It keeps track of candidates, contacts, jobs, placements, etc. very well in the system so you know who has contacted whom throughout all the years at the company. It finds who the duplicate contacts are so you're never submitting or talking to someone without knowing if someone else in the company has already done so. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Ease of use - intuitive interface. Best CRM I've used. Quick search is a very handy feature What do you dislike? Mainly the formatting issues on certain profiles. What do you like best? All of the extensions that you can add on within the marketplace What do you dislike? The search and candidate profiles could be better. The ability to input duplicate profiles is also a huge waste of time. This needs to be streamlined so that if there is duplicate information then the new profile cannot be created. What do you like best? I like that it is integrated with emails, social media LinkedIn and the user interface is easy to understand. Life saver for candidate ownership

What do you like best? It's really efficient and way better than some of the others I have used in the past. I think it's a great way to keep all of my candidates in order and detailed. There are also a lot of more hidden features that I've figured out over time and they've been additional help to our teams. What do you dislike? It's tedious. What do you like best? I like how easy it is as a tool to use within the work place. Using it as an ATS has been both efficient and worthwhile long-term due to it's ability to track information and candidates. What this tool also does is track ownership within the tool and date and time stamps on emails sent from work addresses.
