Great system with extensive opportunity for customization
What do you like best? Ability to customize for business needs is huge for any organization. What do you dislike? We recently signed up for a new tool (Canvas) and its difficult to get support. There are not enough people on the help desk that have the knowledge to help with the tool. Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure you have extensive admin training. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have ...

just ok, not very impressed
What do you like best? generates nice reports and its very powerful if you learn how to use it. What do you dislike? they are selling it but can't barely support it. Recommendations to others considering the product: get as much traning as you can, its tougher then they tell you it will be. And they don't offer much support unless you want to pay a lot of money. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? better reporting, but ...

We love the software, but support has become cumbersome
What do you like best? I like the robust capabilities of 3rd party apps, setting up job orders, candidate profiles and having all sync to LI. What do you dislike? They stopped providing Online Chat. This has slowed us down tremendously. People have been having trouble logging in to the Community and also spending hours hunting down answers. Bring back Online Chat, it was the best customer service tool I've every experienced. Recommendations to others considering the product: ...

Great product - especially for data management and automatic workflow rules!
What do you like best? Our offer letter/contract creation process in integrated into the system!! We can generate and send agreements directly from the offer stage through an Echo (Adobe) Sign integration. What do you dislike? Limited communication capability. If we want fields to populate to a specific area/stage of the recruitment process, the communication must be generated and sent from that area/stage. Recommendations to others considering the product: Be sure to be in ...

It's been a journey
What do you like best? It's built on Salesforce and there are other developers that have good apps that tie in with Salesforce. What do you dislike? Speed of development. Specific development for Permanent placement for a 3rd party recruiting firm. Recommendations to others considering the product: there are a lot of ATSs to choose from. Jobscience seems to be at a point where they are a very viable choice. They are highly customizable, but the customization does come at a ...

Not happy with the product.
What do you like best? I like that candidates applying to a specific position are automatically added to the requisition and also that candidates receive auto acknowledgement emails. I do like that we can email a candidate about an application and those communications are attached to the requisition and candidate. What do you dislike? I have more dislikes than likes. There are too many different locations to house the same information which is cumbersome and confusing. You have to ...

Job Science - Were sticking with it
What do you like best? This is our 4th CRM in the last 6 years and we have used it now for 3 years. It is evolving with the way recruitment is and delighted with the ability to source and match candidates easily. It makes the whole Recruitment process that little bit easier. What do you dislike? From time to time the only issue I have is speed, we did have to buy new computers in order to deal with this. (we were using very low spec computers thought) Recommendations to ...

They're Interested In Your Opinion
What do you like best? There are certain things you can customize, and for the most part they're interested in helping you customize it to whatever you want. What do you dislike? They're beginning to go after larger clients and are making some changes. One of the reasons we originally went with them was because they catered to smaller boutique firms. We really miss the online support feature! Recommendations to others considering the product: Be clear on how you want to use ...

We use JobScience as our primary ATS.
What do you like best? JobScience runs on Salesforce.com's platform - which allows for a very customizable design. The reporting and analytical capabilities are solid. What do you dislike? The overall searching for candidates can continue to improve. For us, this mainly includes Candidate Match against Open Jobs. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We store and categorize our candidate pool in several different ways. Track ...
