What do you like best? I like the simplicity of the program and how easy it is to use and how much we are able to accomplish with it. It's very easy to navigate What do you dislike? I dislike that it times out after a short period of time What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to make calls by clicking on techs phone numbers which saves time in the long run when we have several people to call.

What do you like best? Bullhorn is easy to use. I am able to find a technician or project with either their name, phone number or email address. What do you dislike? When searching for a person, would be helpful to search by the first few letters of their name. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Ease of use.

Great software for sales & recruiting needs

What do you like best? Very customizable, able to work with other software programs through API. What do you dislike? Lots of setup on the back end to make it work the way it is needed. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Reporting was difficult, now we have canvas (if you have ibm cognos background then this is easy, if not it can be difficult to learn) so reporting is much better.
