Fantastic, Superior ATS - Bullhorn is always moving forward
What do you like best? Bullhorn is consistently making strides - I like using a product that does not settle. I really like the simplicity of creating a Task List and creating Tear Sheets. I use the Task List as a daily calendar of activities to be completed. I can easily refer to the Tear Sheets when recruiting for specific positions. The Best ATS on the Market!
What do you like best? Bullhorn allows for the automation of several key recruiting processes. The tools within the ATS allow recruiters to maintain great relationships with their candidates easily and effectively. What do you dislike? The reporting tools are rigid. If you want any customization for your reporting it's going to cost you design and hosting fees on top of your Bullhorn licenses. What do you like best? I enjoy that I have access to so much detail and information. I love that it can be housed in one spot so it's easy to access for our team members. What do you dislike? the customized categories can be hard to use in the placement search What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? we have the potential to use the new cloud call tool to access the technician's information quickly and keep up to date notes.

What do you like best? Stores pertain data, once you get use to it., its easy to use. What do you dislike? In the placements we can't see end user at a glance. We have to go into it. Also, that we constantly have to clear cookies for placements to work. if we chance pay rate the bill rate changes automatically. What problems are you solving with the product? Easy to work with
What do you like best? Easy to look up information; able to view a set of placements for review, can sort information, can add columns and customize view What do you dislike? That it times out when I haven't used it for awhile. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use it to verify information before importing payroll information into our timekeeping system.

Very useful tool for the Staffing Industry
What do you like best? I like that I can pull reports from Bullhorn and have the ability to access and upload all types of info. What do you dislike? I can't think of anything we do not like. Recommendations to others considering the product: This has been a wonderful tool for our whole company to use. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great tool to hold all profile info for our techs. Efficient.

What do you like best? Being in sales I like the cloud call feature. What do you dislike? Allot of clicking to add notes and information. Recommendations to others considering the product: Great for reports and tracking information. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Cold calling has become much easier using the cloud call tool.
