Good idea to have an ATS within Salesforce but...lots of problems
What do you like best? It's within Salesforce so everyone has access and knows how to use Salesforce What do you dislike? the fact that it is slow, web based and seems like lots of bugs with saving notes and having to click twice to do the same thing is a frustration. Bullhorn CRM - A great tool for Recruiting
What do you like best? The notes feature helps with synchronization and teamwork. Each record has a lot of information that helps with having to go to other records to see the same information, it's all connected. What do you dislike? There could be more customization in the field mapping and users. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Working better as a team using Bullhorn as a tool to link all of the information together.

What do you like best? I like that it tracks every interaction I make with both clients and candidates. It has a great candidate search tool and high end technology. The screens are easy to read and finding people is very simple. For some items, I like customization to my needs - in some ways a positive and in others a negative. What do you like best? The interface is clean and crisp. The tool is easy to navigate. The candidate search options are comprehensive and easy to use. The tearsheets tool is extremely useful. What do you like best? I love the tearsheet tool as well as Pulse. This CRM helps me in my daily routine and workflow. What do you dislike? Bullhorn- Staffing and Bullhorn go hand in hand
What do you like best? We have been a Bullhorn Customer for over 7.5 years. Our business has grown over that time as has Bullhorn as a company. They took the feedback from their customers to make a better product and they have continued to build upon this every month with new features and functions. What do you like best? Bullhorn makes it really easy to parse in new candidates and client information, all without tedious external options. With the new features like planner and tasks, it's easy to stay-up-to-date with communication efforts and events. What do you dislike?
