I also really like that there is scheduling ability, so reports can easily be pushed out daily/weekly, etc. I enjoy using Cognos as well on the reports because a lot of the work is cut down. It does the Job

What do you like best? Tearsheets are the best part of Bullhorn, It is the quickest way to organize and access the talent. What do you dislike? The mobile feature is not good enough to use as a standalone, and there is no way to search for candidates that applied by location. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? None right now

I love how Bullhorn ties everything together

What do you like best? Bullhorn's ATS system really ties together all record types. From Candidate to Placements, Contacts to Jobs, and everything in-between. What do you dislike? Their support has seemed to slow down in response time, which is unfortunate. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tracking all of our records and activities.

New user's perspective

What do you like best? Nice user interface. Very simple and intuitive. What do you dislike? It has some bugs that I did not expect. A bit limited in it's functionality from what I thought but you can add 3rd party solutions. Recommendations to others considering the product: Talk to other Bullhorn customers who do exactly what you do. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Simplicity. Previous system was VERY complicated.

What do you like best? I am not sure about the other systems; but Jobscience is a simple and easy to navigate ; It's like a large assortment of index cards all together.
