What do you like best? Bullhorn ATS provides many options for sorting and managing data. Adding candidates is simple and can be done in multiple ways. What do you like best? The ability to have meaningful reports on a candidate and client level. Salesforce, JobVite, etc. usually are more specialized on the candidate or client side. It's fairly easy to navigate, the tearsheet function makes it really easy to keep track of candidates with certain skillsets in certain areas, and the mass mail function makes sending out emails extremely fast and easy. What do you like best? I liked how Bullhorn sets up campaigns for you to simplify your call lists on a daily basis. It is easy to use as it was the first CRM I have ever worked with and I am sure it is much more affordable for a smaller company than Salesforce. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The email tracking feature is a god-send, and really helps when co-workers are out of the office. The drag and drop feature is also time saving, and works like a charm.
