I use Buildium to manage five properties. I like the system very much. It took me some months to gradually implement it. It now saves me a lot of time, particularly in the preparation of financial reports. It gives me an accurate and up-to-the-minute picture of the business. The email- and phone-based help provided by Buildium is generally good, and is of great value to me.
