Buildium has it figured out!!!!

Buildium has it figured out! The staff, the user interface, the EVERYTHING is perfect for all my needs. The system is expandable and makes it simple and allows me to get to the work of managing NOT paper work. Oh and when you sign up ask for Shaun for your on-boarding specialist...I am sure everyone is awesome but I KNOW he is!

I have been a customer for Buildium for many years. In regards to the Property Management side of my business. I can't think of one tool that is more important than Buildium. The tenant and owner online access, the 1099's, the repairs online, etc. The whole product has evolved into something I could not dream of doing my job without.

Awful System

Association went over to this system...as a resident, it is complicated, not user friendly, difficult (if not impossible) to find items, and it may be great for those computer savvy, to the tech challenged senior it is a BEAST! Waste of time.

I would give them a straight up no star if I could - This operation is a joke. We moved over to them 9 months ago and it has been nothing but a headache. I have literally been waiting 3 months on an answer to one issue - no call backs, hold times are upwards and over 4 hours at clip and still no answers. I am so beyond frustrated with software and it's complete flaws. The accounting is a joke, email interface is ridiculous, the reports are weak and this product needs a total overhaul. The ...

As of Jan 2020, Trying to reach Buildium and absolutely no response! We pay close to $800 a year with lots of units on this platform and they totally went silent in the past 2 weeks after my staff has tried to reach out to them on multiple occasions both via email and phone. You hold forever with a voice mail as your only option or just wait for email. Just ridiculous! Whats going on Buildium????
