We love it except for toggling between tenants. Unless I missed something, going back to home to see the next tenant ledger who still owes is cumbersome.

Buildium is a good software, however need training

Buildium is a good software. However, waiting to speak with a representative to trouble shoot is exhausting. I strongly recommend providing local classes so your clients can be better versed on how to use the features available. I am sure you have some customers that have become experts in using your system and would be happy to train your clients locally or possibly travel for large group traning. Nonetheless, training is needed and would be a great value to your customers.

I don't like when you leave a tab it makes you go through several clicks to get back where you were. Each tab should stay as you left it. It would increase entry time significantly.

A GREAT PLATFORM

A GREAT PLATFORM: Buildium does almost everything I need it to do and I especially love the financial part of it. However, it does have a few shortfalls that I think could be easily fixed. First, it is designed primarily for condo associations. There is so much "stuff" in the platform that simply does not apply to an HOA. It makes the program much more difficult to learn and navigate and seems cumbersome and cluttered. I think Buildium would do well to have separate modules for HOAs and ...
