I love Buildium..

I love Buildium... There are a couple changes that I would like... But other than that Great! Very helpful staff too!

I love this product

I love this product. It does everything I want. The training modules are excellent. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is there are important settings that are used infrequently that are hard to find which becomes time consuming.

Great software

Great software, very user friendly. My review is shy of five stars due to the customer service availability. It's hard to get someone on the phone or to have them call you back, but if and when they do, they're very helpful.

Buildium support personnel are very knowledgeable of their products and can usually take care of my issues very quickly. This is very important to me because that means I can spend more time taking care of my customers needs.

Fantastic company to work with. The have great customer service, easy to contact, plenty of tutorials to guide you through. Can't say enough about how much I enjoy working with them.

Oh so happy with Buildium

I started a new property management company about a year ago I complied a list of a variety of different PM software companies out there, I selected buildium and I have been very,very happy with my choice of property management software. Learning any new platform can be challenging, but the live customer support as well as their collection of help videos and articles made all the difference.
