Software built just right
Software built just right. I like the ease of the software and the integration with a pay system that lets tenants pay online with their own portal, distributions out to owners, and easy for accountant. Negative:would be the time allotted to help with the accounting a bit more from Buildium. Overall all needs have been met other than the one concern, but expectations are absolutely outstanding.

My company has been using Buildium for over a year now. In that year we have seen many of the options added that we asked for. The ease of use is very friendly to learn and to teach. The only want that I currently still have is on the Application side. When a couple fill out a joint application it changes one to a Co-Signer instead of a Co-Applicant so if you want to give both of them access to their tenant portals you have to add the second one in as a tenant. Bills need to be assignable to specific…
Bills need to be assignable to specific units within a multifamily complex. I am forced to take your reports and manually create a new report via Excel every month for every multifamily complex I manage. This takes an extremely long time. If there is something I'm missing that will solve this issue for me, please let me know.

Buildium has a full suite encompassing everything you need to get the job done. Its payment processing in particular was the selling point for me.
