What do you like best? I like the ability to easily add photos and activities throughout the day. It's easy to contact parents and for them to contact us without having to make phone calls all the time. What do you dislike? I wish there was a way to move kids from room to room without checking them out and back in again. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? I love how easy brightwheel is to use and how it makes doing my daily reports so quickly. What do you dislike? I would love if Brightwheels would add an attachment file so I can upload an image of my lesson plans instead of writing them out twice. Already great and still improving

What do you like best? It's super easy for teachers and parents. Many elementary agreed kids check themselves in and out. Being able to share data, media, and more all in a single feed and app is incredible. What do you dislike? We have 50+ staff and over 600 kids being checked in, checked out, modified, and updated all around the same time each day at our location. Great app, with limitations

What do you like best? Ease of use. Communication w parents. Instant messaging with parents. What do you dislike? There’s other apps which do the same thing plus offer more. Like the product, but support and updates are weak

What do you like best? Functionality and appearance for families is great. What do you dislike? Backend is slow and there need to be lots of updates. We have asked for a number of changes, but have not seen one of our requests. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Billing is good. Just what I was looking for and support is the best!

What do you like best? The ability to message parents has been a huge asset to our program. Parents and staff both love it. What do you dislike? Lesson plans dont print is a useable format ( st least when we reviewed it several months ago). What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Parents communication is greatly improved and manual attendance tracking has been eliminated thanks to brightwheel.

The best childcare platform

What do you like best? Brightwheel has been used in our facility since before there was even a premium option. We have watched the app grow and develop over the past few years. I have not used or found a better platform. Their email responses to our questions has been awesome and very little of a wait.
