What do you like best? Brightwheel has been used in our facility since before there was even a premium option. We have watched the app grow and develop over the past few years. What do you like best? The ease of use is the best part and parents love it. The team is awesome with taking feedback and replying to questions, so great customer service! What do you dislike? I enjoy the ease of this program for staff and families

What do you like best? I like to be able to track attendance. It makes billing and tracking attendance easy for staff. Parents have enjoyed using this app for communication and daily updates. Parent contact information is readily available. Making announcements regarding activities is easy to input. Brightwheel is very easy to use and is a great way to communicate with parents throughout the day!

What do you like best? We love the ability to send photos and videos of the kiddos to their parents. It is also very nice to be able to send notes back and forth with the parents. What do you dislike? At this time there really isn't anything I dislike. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are solving communication problems. Benefits are having the ability to communicate with parents and being able to go almost completely paper free.

Great resource for teachers

What do you like best? I really enjoy being able to give instant feedback. Parents know what is going on and it is not a laborious process. It is very easy to incorporate into daily activities. I also enjoy the ability to easily check in and see ratios and how attendance looks for the day. Overall positive, definitely some work needs to be done

What do you like best? We love the ability to communicate with the parents. We also like the ability to send a message out to all parents immediately. We like that parents can sign in and out on tablets. What do you dislike? We don't like how small the attendance count is on the screen. We wish that we could have photo albums uploaded. What do you like best? When I think about Bright and consider what I like best, I conclude that Brightwheel's user interface is pleasant to operate within. Fantastic application for our club!

What do you like best? The ability to send parents pictures and updates, as well as text from within the app has been such a bridge in our programs usage and participation. What do you dislike? It needs better in app searches. We have over 300 students (we are not a daycare but a private club.
