Success!
My advisor took the time to get to the bottom of my enquiry (which others had tried and failed to do previously) and wouldn't end the call until we had completely resolved the problem, despite it being quite complex. He also took the time to explain the structure of responsibilities and support within our account.

My first experience with Bright HR was made extremely easy with the demonstration given to me by Anthony Miranda. He was clear and concise with explanation of how to navigate the site.

BrightHR employee module
Zain was very helpful in walking me through the employee module, went above and beyond to ensure that he was able to finish the task in the first call itself. I am really happy that we managed it pretty fast from the time he answered the call till successful accomplishment.

Fantastic software
Fantastic software, simple to use and excellent support and backup from the team. We have being using brighthr for sometime and as it's so easy we have recently added brightsafe to our package and so far are very happy with how it works and the services offered. The library of templates is great as it takes the hassle out of creating risk assessments and method statements.

Highly recommended
We use Bright HR for all of our employees holidays and absences. The counselling service has also been of use to a few employees and has been very well received. In addition, we have recently had 2 difficult HR issues and the team at Bright have far exceeded our expectations of what we would get as part of our service. Katie McLaughlin and Caynan Bowen in particular have been extremely helpful and supportive through a challenging time.

Easy to use, super staff
As a business we met with 3 online HR companies, electing to go with BrightHR. Really like how fresh the site is and the colour palette. Everything I’ve done on it so far has been very intuitive. Mark Moffatt, our Key Account Manager, was patience personified on my on-boarding training session with him. Received some training, via Microsoft Teams, with Gareth from Bright on their BrightSafe site. Was very informative, concise & easy to follow. Gareth was knowledgeable, approachable & a very good source of information
