John Alfwynn - very informative
Really great onboarding session with John. Steady pace, responsive and detailed. First pass of software looks solid - really looking forward to anticipated updates due to roll out in the next few months. They will make a massive difference. Especially group allocation for tasks, like training invitations and scheduling! Great start to the new programme!

Katie also helped our company with a different matter a few months back and my colleague was very happy with the help Katie provided then too. In my opinion and experience Katie explains everything well and she always gives you a call to go over things too.

My call was answered fairly promptly and the advisor patiently and efficiently walked me through the steps required to add a new employee in the Bright HR system. I felt welcome to call back with additional questions. I appreciated the good service.
