Katie was very supportive and listened to the issues raised. She was very efficient and the information given was very detailed. Which enabled me to resolve the issue raised with confidence and correct details. Due to the support and advice Katie provided I was able to deal with an incident in just 24hrs which before having bright HR system in place would of taken a considerably longer

I had a long term sickness issue with a member of staff and signed up to Brighthr for advice and guidance. I dealt with three members of the team whom were all really helpful and explained everything thoroughly and in a manner that I understood. Even what seemed like silly questions were answered.
