Brilliant Support

We needed to speak to BrightHR about an employee. It was really easy to log a ticket with them and my case was looked after by Louise Mills. Communication was brilliant, I was able to drop an email and I received a response within a timely manner. I was also contacted by Louise when I was told I was going to be contacted, rather than having to chase. I feel I was heard, supported and really appreciate the support we received.
