Katie was very supportive and listened to the issues raised. She was very efficient and the information given was very detailed. Which enabled me to resolve the issue raised with confidence and correct details. Due to the support and advice Katie provided I was able to deal with an incident in just 24hrs which before having bright HR system in place would of taken a considerably longer

Exceptional service by Brighthr

I had a long term sickness issue with a member of staff and signed up to Brighthr for advice and guidance. I dealt with three members of the team whom were all really helpful and explained everything thoroughly and in a manner that I understood. Even what seemed like silly questions were answered. Great experience with John!

We recently joined Bright HR and have been very pleased with the service. I found it very easy to set up the employees on the system but had some questions about how to implement the changes with the team. I spoke to John Alfwynn, my account manager, who was very helpful in answering some of my questions and giving advice on how to roll this out to the team. Very pleased so far!

I called the service desk with a list of queries and Peter was able to answer all of my questions quickly and effectively (no matter how silly the question!) He was very kind and knowledgeable and assured me that there are no silly questions.

Excellent Service

We have recently had a serious issue which was quite complex, and we needed professional assistance. Adam, with the help of the Face2Face service, has provided excellent service and held our hand throughout the whole process. Adam was very responsive to calls and emails and helped us massively deal with the issue quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend the BrightHR service.
