Connor Phelan did a wonderful job of explaining the Brighthr and Brightsafe apps / website. I understood everything as Conor was explaining and tried a few tasks myself and in a short time felt was confident of using the software. The software is very intuitive and well laid out so its easy to carry our your tasks.

Having previously used the software I can testify to the benefits, it was great to have an informative update today form Conor with a view to bringing it in to my present Company. Good to see some new additions and upgrades since I last used it. Very clear and simple to use but lots of support available if you do get stuck.

Success!
My advisor took the time to get to the bottom of my enquiry (which others had tried and failed to do previously) and wouldn't end the call until we had completely resolved the problem, despite it being quite complex. He also took the time to explain the structure of responsibilities and support within our account.
