Gareth was really helpful and friendly
Gareth was really helpful and friendly, we had some teething problems at our end, he was happy to rearrange and sent us links to the webinars to help us through the system. Gareth helped with all my questions explained clearly so I could understand :)

Pleasant training!
Kevin Koomson provided a very insightful interactive training on their BrightHR system where I gained a better understanding on how the system is utilised fully, even though there are some features that our company wont be needing, Kevin was very straight forward on the tools we really needed. Thank you Kevin for providing a pleasant training!

Great assistance from James ...
Great assistance from James .... clear explanation of what BrightHR can and can't do. Added assistance with exporting reports to Excel, more than we currently do, for further records analysis.

Brighthr training session

Great system
We are getting on really well with the system, and have also recently signed up to bright base that has been great. There are no issues from our end, and the system is extremely straight forward to use. I can also keep on top of any new updates due to the notification function.
