Conor has worked with us to onboard…
Conor has worked with us to onboard with Bright HR and Bright Safe. They seem to be always at the end of the phone and helpful and patient. I am grateful for the time spent one to one with the apps as not being the most technical person i have found it hard but Conor has been through everything step by step and once onboarded they are available to answer anymore questions. I'm new to BrightHR and needed help setting up. Called the helpdesk and spoke to Peter Rosser who connected to my laptop to understand the problem I was having. Was very patient, helpful and explained in a simple way I could understand. Thank you Peter.

Worth every penny!
Worth every penny!! This was my 2nd time requiring support from Bright HR and they did not disappoint. It can be really stressful as a small business often feeling alone when hiccups occur but with Bright HR in my corner I know any issues are dealt with in a timely manner and they help to avoid potential risks to me as a business. Reassuring, prompt responses, friendly
Never felt like I was asking a stupid question, even when I went back for a more in-depth answer or asked more questions. Adam was really helpful and friendly. He responded quickly and always made sure I had the info I needed
