Great assistance from James ...
Great assistance from James .... clear explanation of what BrightHR can and can't do. Added assistance with exporting reports to Excel, more than we currently do, for further records analysis.

Brighthr training session

Great system
We are getting on really well with the system, and have also recently signed up to bright base that has been great. There are no issues from our end, and the system is extremely straight forward to use. I can also keep on top of any new updates due to the notification function.

GREAT SYSTEM, GREAT SUPPORT
Have used Bright HR for many years and nice to see how Bright Safe has the same look and feel and interacts with Bright HR. Thanks to Anthony Miranda for his patience with someone who has no patience! Great to have a direct account manager contact who is a real person and who will respond to queries efficiently without being referred to a faceless electronic support desk.
