Onboarding
Our onboarding account manager Kevin was very clear and concise in talking through the system and answered all the questions we had there and then on the call. The addition of the webinars being sent after the call was also very useful.

On-boarding Bright HR & Brightsafe
We have recently signed up with Peninsula which includes the Bright HR & Brightsafe portal. Jamie Hilton went through the website, and cheerfully & efficiently explained the use, and information it contained. It helped me a great deal, so thank you for such an informative on-boarding experience.

Just had a conversation with Julie…
Just had a conversation with Julie Britall of BrightHr advice. A complex Hr issue which troubled the Directors for some time was relayed to Julie. She explained the options in a straight forward manner with action points. We clearly knew our options and took Julie’s advice. So far to say we now believe the matter is resolved to everyone’s satisfaction. Great service from Julie 🏆🏆🏆🏆

Onboarding Session
Thank you for Conor Phelan for my onboarding Session today. It was extremely useful and Conor was very helpful, guiding me through each area of the system. Although I won’t be using everything straight away, I got a great overview of what is available and how I can use it in future. Thank you Conor!
