Great system and team!
We have recently signed up with Bright and they have been nothing but helpful and supportive throughout our transition with them. Having used similar systems in the past, I was pleasantly surprised with the support given from the Bright team, and the features included within the system. They really are standing above the rest. Really pleased we chose Bright!

Had an issue creating my login and raised a help request. Not only was this responded to within the hour but was resolved firat time too. Peter Rosser could not have been more helpful. Great service all round

Connor is an excellent communicator
Connor is an excellent communicator, very succinct, professional. No unnecessary chatter about stuff not relevant. He deserves a pay rise as he is a credit to the organisation.

The staff at BrightHR are great and the platform is excellent value
BrightHR offers a great service, which is excellent value, while the Bright Exchange platform has been really beneficial. Stuart in particular has been amazing to work with. His attention to detail and helpful nature is priceless, while he has gone above and beyond, which is already producing great results for us. Elise has also been lovely with beautiful work and is very fast. This aspect of the Bright exchange is worth the admission alone.
