Ian will make a great 'customer care' team leader.
Ian was a good listener. He understood my anxiety, and listened. He then informed me he would check through past emails and speak with his managers. He rang me back when he said he would and explained what he did. He will make a great team leader and put the 'customer care' more meaningful your title. I cannot thank Ian enough for his care and understanding.

Great software, efficient and easy to use
Great software and easy to use. The team took the time to get to know the company before ensuring we looked at software which is relevant to us. Once signed up we got instant support and help with using the software and booking in training to ensure we make the most of it. Great start!
