Ian will make a great 'customer care' team leader.

Ian was a good listener. He understood my anxiety, and listened. He then informed me he would check through past emails and speak with his managers. He rang me back when he said he would and explained what he did. He will make a great team leader and put the 'customer care' more meaningful your title. I cannot thank Ian enough for his care and understanding.
