We have been using Brighthr for a few years now and find the system easy to use overall. The team are always very responsive to any queries we have specifically Kai our account manager who is always on hand to answer any questions or provide additional training on the product where needed.

technical issues fixed quickly and easily
I had some technical issue. My call was answered straight away and they remotely took over my pc and fixed everything. If only other technical support was this good.

Bright Safe
Only just signed up to use Bright Safe and had my intro and training session for the platform. It looks very user friendly and will be a great addition to our H&S management. Kevin went through all relevant areas during the training and answered my questions well. I felt listened to which is always helpful when you are learning something new.
