As a stand-alone HR professional, I always appreciate the opportunity to discuss my approaches to complex people matters with the Bright HR team. Rahwiya Malik was fantastic with her advice today - confident and clear with her advice regarding her knowledge of capability and discrimination. Being able to advise with confidence and clarity gave me reassurance, and I wouldn't hesitate using her again.
