Signed up in July with BrightHR
Signed up in July with BrightHR, we haven't used all the services yet, lots of information to take in when you first join, but the phone lines are easy to get through to someone and always friendly and helped us with many aspects in the short time we've been with them. Have now signed up to BrightSafe, just had my online training session with Anthony Miranda on how to use the app and input the data, all explained really well, thank you.

Very useful Onboarding Session
Anthony Miranda was very pleasant, willing to help and answer any questions that we had on BrightSafe during our Onboarding meeting via Teams. He explained everything in a straightforward manner that was easy to understand.

Great training provided yesterday by…
Great training provided yesterday by Gareth Cartlege from Croner. We have used Croner's Bright Hr systems for a few years now and it is great for rotas and keeping all employees documents and information up to date. Bright Safe was introduced to us, Gareth made the Bright Safe package look very user friendly and easy to use. My team had an online training session…
My team had an online training session with Gareth Cartledge on BrightHR suite and applications. We overshot the allocated time because the session was very interesting. We learned all we need to learn about the BrightHR suite and now we're better informed with BrightHR, Blip, BrightSafe, etc. all thanks to Gareth!

Joshua Yates was extremely helpful
I tried to use the platform for first time and upload the employees' data but experienced some issues with the bulk template. Joshua was very patient, went through my file and was able to suggest a solution to overcome the issues. He was able to answer every question I had and made the process as smooth as possible.
