We had a training session with Rachel, it was her first week and we had some technical issues, but she handled the problems well and we feel we have a better understanding of how to use the apps

Great system, easy to use and comes with some unique features
We had a demo call with Connor Phelan who explained everything brilliantly. The system has some great and unique features and is a useful tool for any business. There were one or two things we wanted but was assured they will be installed soon as the developers are working on them in the backgroud.

BrightHR and BrightSafe training
Had a teams meeting this morning with the lovely Rachel Riordan. She trained me on how to use the BrightHR and BrightSafe website. She was polite, patient (I'm not great on computers) and explained everything very clearly.

Very impressed with Conor's…
Very impressed with Conor's articulation and knowledge of each area. His informative approach and ability to listen to actual questions being asked back, was key to my experience being a positive one. This resulted in a 5 star review. Looking forward to the second half of my training.
