Helpful team who are quick to resolve any HR software user issues
I have this software to assist in managaging my employees whilst expanding the business. There are often issues I encounter, purely because I don't know what I am doing. On each occasion that I have had a problem Bright HR team have always solved the problem I faced, a tutorial usually follows which is great. Faultless service!
We've used Bright HR for 18 months and recently had to use their services for a round of redundancies. The process was painless thanks to Katie, our case worker for this matter. Attentive, helpful and always going above and beyond. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bright HR.

Great training session with Kevin Koomson …
We ie the CEO and the HR officer, had the training session with Kevin Koomson on 12th September and it was a very good and thorough session. Kevin patiently and calmly take us through the various parts in the platform. He understand that this is a very new experience for us and reminded us frequently that if we have any problems in familiarising ourselves with the platform, he is available anytime to assist.
