Real people, real results

I attempted to resolve my query with the bot and it was hopeless. I've yet to have the bot even come close to resolving anything. However, the bot quickly steps aside for the real talent to take over. Kirsty was very helpful and asked all the right questions to help me get the progress I needed. Let's keep the real people involved, please! We need more Kirsty's and less bots

Great service

I had a demo with MaKinzie and it was an amazing experience. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the Bright HR and Bright Safe software. MaKinzie took me through the software from top to bottom, and I now feel like a pro using the software.

Brilliant help

Had my first onboarding session with Anthony Miranda today who explained the workings of Bright HR etc brilliantly to the point where I had very few questions to ask him as he covered everything beautifully. Anthony said he would send me information out by email to support me and this happened as soon as I left the Teams call. Excellent professional service and I look forward to using the platform

To anyone looking to join BrightHR

To anyone looking to join BrightHR, I would highly recommend it. They have great utilities and applications to use. They offer a lot of things to help run your day to day operations such as clock in and clock out for staff and also to make rotas which they have included wonderful and useful features to make sure that it is done correctly.
