Initial introduction meeting with Bright HR and Kevin Koomson. Clear and concise intro to the new system, how it works, areas that are most relevant to our business and how best to set the various elements up. Kevin explained everything that we needed to focus on first, so we could get the system up and running. Answered our questions and was a great help.

Gareth Cartledge was fantastic

The session I was booked in with Gareth, gave me confidence in using all the features of the Bright HR software we had purchased. As I had played around in the system prior to our session, I had more questions than someone who hadn't yet accessed the system. Gareth, was knowledgeable and answered all my questions in detail. I highly recommend his service in particular, it completely demystified Bright HR. Am sorry, my review is a month later than I promised.

Real people, real results

I attempted to resolve my query with the bot and it was hopeless. I've yet to have the bot even come close to resolving anything. However, the bot quickly steps aside for the real talent to take over. Kirsty was very helpful and asked all the right questions to help me get the progress I needed. Let's keep the real people involved, please! We need more Kirsty's and less bots
