I have been working with BrightHR for sometime now, but you sometimes get an issue that you can't seem to fix. Today was one of those days but one call to Justin at BrightHR support and he was able to give me the answer. I felt that he understood the issue I was having before offering a solution. He took the time to make sure I understood the solution and also checked if there was anything else he could help with. He took the time and I did not feel rushed. Thank you Justin

Great problem solving!

Informative Overview
Aaron gave a very informative overview of Bright HR & Safe in a friendly and relaxed way. He was very helpful and patient and answered all queries we had. He also followed up with an email with his contact details should we have any further queries. Very helpful - thank you.

I was having trouble login into…
I was having trouble login into BrightHR. I called the Helpdesk and spoke to Ben. He was extremely helpful and patient and has got my issue resolved. It seems it was my iPad that was the problem. Thank you Ben, you were great
