Really helpful and knowledgeable
Gareth was able to answer all my questions in a very understandable way. He didnt rush me or make me worry about asking obvious questions, but was patient and pleasant

Very informative information meeting
Just had an hour TEAMS meeting with Jamie Hilton on how Bright HR could help our company. Jamie was very patient when we had IT issues and was great throughout. Made everything easy to understand, was friendly and polite throughout. Offered any help constantly and could not have been a better ambassador for Bright HR

BrightHR have been a real bonus to us as a small business. Got us into shape and then took us to the next level for our site safety practices. Makinzie has been a huge help onboarding us, she’s taken the time to explain each step and guide us where needed

We've been with Bright HR for almost a year now. Whilst there are some elements that we still find a bit frustrating, the stand out element is Bright Advice which helps with employment law. I've dealt with several of the specialists in this department and all have been very helpful, though I now generally opt for Julie Brittell. She is fantastic - a great communicator, always has the knowledge you need without needing to check anything and is friendly and efficient. She really gives us ...

Excellent experience
Aaron made the whole experience really effortless. He answered all our questions with concise and easy to understand answers and has provided us with additional information. Aaron was really friendly and supportive. Would definitely recommend
