Arron was very helpful and clear in walking me through the Bright HR app and took the time to go over some Bright Safe things with me as well. He didn't make me feel rushed or that I was asking a silly question.

Helpful and friendly service
Gareth was extremely helpful in guiding me through the Bright HR platform through our telephone meeting. He was clear and patient in his explanation of how to use the tools available on Bright HR. Due to time constraint we could not explore the platform in depth but provided we with the relevant resources to further learn the platform in my own time. I felt reassured that there is good access to information and help.

It was informative and useful to learn about how our company can take advantage of the platform and learn about helpful tools available to us. Great training session with Gareth and Conor, for the BrightHR and BrightSafe aspect of our package. They were both very helpful and quickly able to answer any questions myself and my colleague had.
