Ben was and has been very efficient and effective in dealing with any issue I have had in setting up the Brighthr. He has all so refered us to handy videos and webinars for other help tips. His knowledge is outstanding and he has a great customer service when dealing with us. A few obvious holes in Brighthr which I'm hoping will be plugged over the next couple of months. Thanks Craig
