Removing outstanding follow ups
Had a query about removing outstanding tasks on documents follow ups, emailed support and had a response from Rhys Lee whom answered my query and explained how to get the query resolved very easily. Super efficient support, quick and effective.

Would Recommend
I have been with BrightHR for a month or so now and their service has been brilliant. Not only do they always return my call within the hour but they are helpful, resourceful and compassionate. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic Experince
I had a really good experience with Natasha Okparavero. There were some technical glitches which delayed the start of our appointment, but Natasha was very patient and eventually helped me resolve the issue. The session was very informative and practical with Natasha giving me the chance to try a few things myself on the portal. Great helpful and patient customer service
Had an on-boarding call with Cirrah who was very patient helping me to resolve some problems we were experiencing. The call over-ran but Cirrah rearranged her meetings to allow me extra time. We have a follow up call booked so she can check-in and see how things have progressed. Great customer service.
