Ben was very helpful and extremely bright and cheerful as he sorted out the problem. He gave really good advice and didn't hurry me in anyway when I was asking questions.

Ben Spencer was excellent!

I hadn't been impressed with the email support I had received for a previous query regarding holiday calculations for part time staff. However Ben Spencer telephoned me regarding another issue I had raised, and once he had resolved that one he proceeded to help with my initial query and was brilliant. He went through the guidance step by step and waited on the phone whilst I carried out the steps. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ben. He was quite brilliant.
