Bright HR - Problem solved

I had been stuck with trying to resolve an issue on Bright HR, after contacting the help desk I was called back by Atiq Sadiq who took me through the resolution in a straightforward and methodical manner. Problem solved and I'm now able to rectify any similar occurrences in the future. Great customer service, thank you Atiq.
