Initial Training Session
Alex took me through a brief training session highlighting the benefits of BrightSafe and it looks very simple to use. I daresay that as we use it more we will have more questions to ask but I am sure these will be answered efficiently through the BrightSafe customer service team.

Very professional
Shane quickly realised that he was dealing with an elderly, not technically minded, novice. He went through the Dashboard and set up procedures at the right pace. My small business will certainly benefit from having Peninsula and BrightHR on board. Very reassuring to know help is there when needed. Treyarnon Boy.

Atiq was very patient
Atiq was very patient, dealing with a fairly frustrated customer. He explained where the issues where and talked me through the required processes. Atig also ensured that I knew exactly where to go with future queries and how the customer service team operated.
