The person I was dealing with was great

The person I was dealing with, Joshua Carter was excellent - precise, honest, engaging and a natural coach. To get to this call though took me 4 weeks of chasing. So when I got there, the service from Joshua was top class - five star service. To get you guys to respond in the first place was not good at all.
