A slick and low cost system

A slick and low cost system. For more complicated changes that I struggle with (being rubbish at IT) the support team answer calls quickly and talk me through whats needed.Glad we use them.

We were unable to delete an employee

We were unable to delete an employee. After trying several options, the error was found due to read receipt in documents.I was shown the process to amend this error, so that if in the future we had the same error, we would know the steps to take.Matthew explained fully the process and helped with a few other queries I had (we are new to using BrightHR.)Excellent advice and guidance.

Great customer service !

I've had a lovely experience today. I enrolled for your product late on Friday, and couldnt remember how to access something, so i sent a message to Rhys from Sales in preparation for tomorrow. He was straight back to me, describing what to do, and ensuring I was able to do what I needed. I call that above and beyond service! Many thanks Rhys... Shirley

Brilliant customer service

I have been a customer with HR online for a few years now. Every time I ring up for help using BrightHR I have had the best customer service ever. The staff are very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. I have spoken with Atiq a couple of times and he has been very respectful and helpful when speaking with me.
