Issue resolved and brilliant customer service
After a member of staff left the company, I needed to become an admin and organise a Blip QR code. Joshua knew exactly what I needed to do, talked me through it and then said he would follow up with an email should I have any further issues. True to his word, the email came a minute later.Issue resolved and brilliant customer service, thank you.
