Technical team support
The technical team representative that I spoke to Atiq was courteous. He dealt with my query in a professional manner and kept me at ease. He listened carefully to ensure he resolved one of my issues and came back to another query I had to offer some suggestions on a possible solution to resolve it.

Brighthr - excellent telephone support
Brighthr does not have the facility that I am looking for at present, however the support agent worked out a way to achieve what I am looking for. So the support was excellent hence my score.
